A Licence or Licence to Train - they are professional trainers who can train an unlimited number of horses under other ownership. Usually their sole profession.
B Licence or Permit to Train - they can train a maximum of 6 horses under other ownership. Usually not their full-time profession. 
C Licence or Owner/Trainer - they must own at least 50% of the horse they are training.
